All spiders are beneficial predators that feed on insects and other arthropods, helping reduce populations in and around our homes and gardens. They can be found in closets, corners, around exterior lights, drain pipes, sheds, basements and crawl spaces.

Common spiders species in our area are daddy longlegs, domestic house spiders, hobo spiders, cellar spiders, wolf spiders, and black and yellow garden spiders.
